not a clue where they all came from, I only use Tiscali connection

some reason or another my net keeps disconnecting every 20-30 mins. Been happening for the past week or so... below is a screenshot of all the connections I found,was bit confused, this something to do with the disconnecting? anyone have any ideas what it could be?

hello i've had this problem now for about 5months, very very frustrating... im forever getting warp in any server..know the weird thing about this problem is; everytime i connect to a server im always getting a ping between 35 and 80,ive been told thats good for 128kbps broadband now this is even stranger...none of the other drivers complain of any warp coming from me,tho I still see mega warp a few have said its the graphics, but how come im getting upto about 25 cars in single race and its fine, no jerks or anything i could probably write an a4 list of the things ive tried but i wont, heres some of the things ive done: searched for viruses,ad-aware,spyware,trojans hundreds of times . closed every programme running using "FSAUTOSTART", "ENDITALL", "HIJACKTHIS" . tried plugging my filter direct into main telephone jack (without use of extension cable) . deleted temporay internet files, cookies, history reformatted about 5 times!! tried changing so many settings with my graphics card!! tried using another processor!! GOT MYSELF A GAME ACCERELATOR!!! very very annoying and strange problem,hoping someone can help thanks alot
