Hey i downloaded the decal sheets, only problem is that i cant use some of them

 

 

What proramme do i need to open these with, photoshop doesent work I have adobe photoshop Cs2

Looks like to me they have to be opened in Paint Shop Pro as it is a psp file.

 

 

Will it not let you change the file type by going into the properties??

Well it does let me change it, but i dont have paint shop pro so i cant use them?
