hotrod331 Posted September 11, 2006 Author Report Posted September 11, 2006 this is as far as it gets too!
F2-Fan Posted September 11, 2006 Report Posted September 11, 2006 That is telling me that the previous owner has put a password on the bios of the motherboard. I think you should be able to get into the bios when you switch on by pressing the delete key. You can normally switch it off in there. If not you will probably need to flash the bios to clear it or clear the bios by removing the pin on the motherboard.
hotrod331 Posted September 11, 2006 Author Report Posted September 11, 2006 ive tried the delete button but that wont work! cheers for reply i think munsters going to try and explain to me what i have to take out lol! gd luck i say
F2-Fan Posted September 11, 2006 Report Posted September 11, 2006 Have you tried pressing F2 as it is doing the memory check
hotrod331 Posted September 11, 2006 Author Report Posted September 11, 2006 it dont get that far that screens the 1st screen that comes on as the pc boots!
F2-Fan Posted September 11, 2006 Report Posted September 11, 2006 It looks like you need to clear the admin password off the motherboard then.
