Help!!!!!

 

Will not give me a MAC code - have been told to ring back next Tuesday when one is available. Anyone out there now if this is the case or if they are just being ......

 

Lost will to live last night - on verge of a breakdown today!!!

This is the number that I phoned when I cancelled with them, they send your MAC code via e-mail within a couple of days usually.

The number you need to call is 0845 045 07 09 then select option four and then request a MAC code.

 

If they tell you to ring back some other time, get stroppy with them!

Cheers for that Aub! Knew I could rely on you in a time of trouble. never now if I get a connection that doesn't result in the smallest tap putting me on my roof I may just may get a point and do the skin justice!
