Administrators approval!

My mates account validation has been accepted and he has paid his jolt fee but when he comes on this forum it says that he is awaiting approval from the forum administrator.

 

please could the administrator approve his account (Kev149?) would be much appreciated

 

His user name is Bill788 for the forum and on the official site hes called billy dennison!
