timmy667 Posted May 3, 2005 Report Posted May 3, 2005 wont be coming up this year as we are doing coventry and sheffield but what ever prize money i get from the sheffield meeting on sunday i would like to donate to the Raymond Gunn Memorial Fund.

I'd do the same from Ringwood on Sat night in the 1300 Stockcar, but not sure the post office does a postal order for £0.00 yet? Therefore will be sending a reasonable donation up anyway!

I'm Sure Debbie , Davy and all the family will be very gratefrul for extremely kind donations!! GOOD ON YA'S !!! In relation to who all is coming up Samson, aint sure exactly but i'd imagine we'd get 499,402,425,382,2 , hopefully more plus some Irish lads as well as for the 2's, cant honestly see many visitors coming up at all unfortunately what with the likes of coventry on the Saturday and sheffield W/Q on the Sunday With a bit of luck we'll get a far healthier turnout for the august weekend though!! thekirker1 Posted May 3, 2005 Report Posted May 3, 2005 yip gotta say well done guys, great to see everyone on the short oval scene sticking together
samson Posted May 4, 2005 Author Report Posted May 4, 2005 i would reckon aldous will be up to defend the title and for some payback on a certain 607
Badura_Racing258 Posted May 5, 2005 Report Posted May 5, 2005 Payback? As with Saturday between 161, and 17...the same thing happened to 499 and 607....the better driver never bothered about the incidents. Former world champion Aldous is the man on top. What has Honeyman ever acheived? Just like Purdie...he kept coming back in that race, and took 4th (?). Much better than a lap down take out, that still couldn't stop him... Who had the last laugh?
samson Posted May 5, 2005 Author Report Posted May 5, 2005 i know but i hope aldous stuffs honeyman up the wall as i hate him
Badura_Racing258 Posted May 6, 2005 Report Posted May 6, 2005 Who's all booked in? And who's all going? Anyone heading to the bar before hand? I said i'd get Pyrdie in before the entertainment begins
Cabs Posted May 6, 2005 Report Posted May 6, 2005 I'm going must be mad but what the heck!!!! Then the remains will be at Buxton on Sunday. Wanted to do both days but couldnt get monday off work so Buxton seemeed the best idea as its about half way home

Chewy102 Posted May 7, 2005 Report Posted May 7, 2005 Hmmmm The clues are: 1. A 'non-South Westerner' buys Soaps old car 2. Brother of a 'Champion' is booked to make his comeback at Cowdie tonight. 2 + 2 = ???
