window problem

probaly a simple fix but how the heck can i move this window?

Its for the tv, and i moved it the other day so i could watch the telly at the same time as i was playing with photo shop.

the top of the window has gone above the screen and i cant get hold of it to move it?

I can restore it, and maximize it but the top is still above the screen and the cursor will not go up that far?

Click on it's tab in the task bar,then right click on it's tab and click on move in the pop up window,hit one of the arrow keys and then it should move with the mouse,click a mouse key once you have it where you want it.
