Thought some of you might be intrested in these videos , i did not realise some people were so into sim car racing on the PC , in episode 2 they talk about some of the high end wheels that are avalable

 

 

 

 

 

i suppose it's more for the nascar guys that take the racing very serious.

gave me soem usefull stuff on wheel manufacturers that i could look to to get one.....

 

if i want one of them i may have to cut down on my pc spec a bit

Yea some of the wheels look amazing and very expensive it surprised me to learn that dale earnhart jnr races in a league or ran a few races atleast.

 

i see he got a 10th place on his 3rd race the noob.

There was a big Dale Jr sim racing article in Nascar Illustrated, around September time last year. He set up his own league and still runs the occasional races in it when time allows.

Dale Jr just doesnt race in that league, that is his league. Denny Hamlin, Shane Hmeil, and Martin Truex Jr also runs in that mess... Its mainly a 2k3 league for right now.

last year I raced in rFactor alongside AJ Allmendinger who was then in Champ Cars or the Indy Car series, forget which...think he's in NASCAR now!

Love that 13" wheel for rfactor but at £600 for wheel pedals and shifter its a no no
