AlecTPR Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 I've been getting into rFactor F1's over the last couple of days trying to get a little bit smoother. I'm on keys so I know it'll never be true to the real thing. My question is this, Is the number gears set to 1st and 2nd only as this is what the original F1 Stock cars have? I used to race with 3 in Nascar Heat which from a key's racer, gives you a little bit of grace, especially, on the bendy bits. Apart from that, it is an amazing bit of work and well done to all involved to craete such a brill game simulation...... many thanks in advance Alec
Kruiz 136 Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 Todays stockcar's use customised gearbox's so that there are only 2 running gears. Gear 1 - pit road speed. Gear 2 - Lightening speed, erm I mean racing speed
