My first attempt at a skin

Ok skin painters, be kind to me and tell me what you think, this is my first go at skin painting.

But i reccomend

 

:- Downloading new fonts

:- Adding shading on letters / numbers

:- Use a few gradients

 

But its still L plates for me and you atm mate

heres something i have found with the xj6 mate. if you erase the holes for the lights they go black and looks more realistic. same on a60. see pic. keep up the good work.

or u just copy the grey layer do a black overlay make the grey layer light enough so u see the detail. Then merge them and delete wot u don't want

I like that mate, Original idea, Trying used a few more blending options instead of using styles, Great effects once you know a little about them, Skinpainting is experimental and should be a good skin if you think its good no matter what anyone says about it, Oh well thats were im going wrong

OK, iv had another go at a banger and with help of a few people, iv tryed to get the details through the signs. Comments most welcome, also could somebody do me a render or two of it a mk2 loon.
