BB_622 Posted February 29, 2008 Report Posted February 29, 2008 Since i've been away, my internet service provider has changed and now i can't get into any of the servers as it says my pings too high. I don't understand, my connection has went from 512kbs to 4.5mbs yet my pings went from 50 something up to the 200's now. I've done virus checks etc and tried closing as many programmes as possible but still no luck

BB_622 Posted February 29, 2008 Author Report Posted February 29, 2008 Think it's Virgin Broadband. Don't know much about it, apart from the username to log into lol! All i do know is that download speeds are like 5 times quicker than what i was on

I've not raced heat for quite some time, so I can't comment on that, but when I've raced rF over the winter (and not just in jolt and the F1 mod), I've been discoed and high pings all over the place...seems to get better later on at night so I think it might be a network issue with the ISP when theres a lot of people on....I'd like to be proved wrong on this though
