hi, any1 shed some light on this problem....... went to host a game this afternoon and found that the multiplayer screen shows as below. so there isnt a create button i can hit, ive tryed deleting it all and re-installing it with no joy, any help be much appriciated

hmmm thats an odd un m8 you using the Nascar Heat Essentials? - the double-writing for the connection types seems to indicate a corruption of some sort but i'm not sure from there tbh

I kept getting that protocol unavailable when I forgot to install the 1.72e patch, so make sure thats installed.  When you uninstalled heat did u delete the heat folder then install again?

i deleted the hasbro interactive folder.. then installed nascar essentials and ukdirt bangers and all updates

what version of the UI file are u using? a mate of mine had a similar problem that when he went into a muliplayer game there wasnt a button for him to click to change his light from red to amber. he was still using the original nascar heat ui file, but when he downloaded the Hotrod mod and used the UI file from within that it worked fine. I would suggest trying this and see if it helps.
