Kevin Posted October 13, 2008 Report Share Posted October 13, 2008 After careful consideration, and with the fact that there is likely to be a heat league next season, the F1 admin team have decided to make the last meetings of the season solus meetings. This means moving the final heat meeting to a week later. First of all, both meetings will include the Champion of Champions races. This means in both meetings there is an extra race to be run, which will mean that the meetings need to be slightly quicker. Secondly, it looks like there is a chance that both leagues will have a points battle, especially in the case of Heat. It would be a shame to have to rush the meeting for this, as this normally makes the final meeting of the season extra special. This would also mean both final meetings for each league would start at 20:30. The fixtures will now be: rFactor - 6th November - Northampton - Start 20:30 - No heat meeting Heat - 11th November - Arena Essex (OS) - Start 20:30 - No rFactor meeting Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
