Cant edit drivers text on Vista

As title, when I go to edit the drivers text file, I get the following poxy message

 

" Cannot create the C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\NASCAR Heat\ukdirtbangers\under 2 litre\drivers.txt file.

Make sure that the path and file name are correct."

 

then I get a ' save as' box with

 

uk dirt bangers > under 2 litre

drivers

Text Documents (*.txt)

 

Encoding ANSI

 

which when I click save displays an " drivers.txt already exists. Do you want to replace it " message, which then says the first message that I [posted again when I click yes.

 

 

Any one know the way to crack this one?

lo mate,

 

it is a vista thing....and it dicked me right off till i figured it out as well lol

 

cut the driver text file and paste it on the desktop...then edit it and save...then cut/paste it back where it was originally.
