Banger Heat problem

ello, im trying to run banger heat but when i run it the screen flickers??

 

and also i cant get car manager to work everytime i run it it says. component 'MSINET.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered a file is missing or invalid

 

any ideas peeps

To sort the car manager you right click on it and "Run as admin" i think, Hope this helps
