alright people. re-installing the game been a while so got a problem if anyone can help. installed everything fine but when i play i get the screen flickering really fast and dont know why, maybe resolution probs? hmm let me know cheers

ello, im trying to run banger heat but when i run it the screen flickers?? and also i cant get car manager to work everytime i run it it says. component 'MSINET.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered a file is missing or invalid any ideas peeps
