Thanks all for racing tonight at Sheffield i thought there was some cracking racing here tonight

wd to 926 Speedtech on winning the final and to 164 Tosh for being the top points scorer.

Also wd to Walker,speedtech and Tosh for winning races tonight to. Wd to 495 Lewis on a very good first meeting for him.

Look out in the next few days for the grids for next weeks semi finals to be held at Stanlake.

Thx for the meeting Trav really enjoyed it and well done to Speedtech and Tosh.

 

I was pleased with my pace but just put the tail end out too far coming onto straights and clipped the post with back wheel which ruined most of my races unfortunately. Must have been all the dust in my eyes from the cars in front LOL!

 

Some great racing and I had the best view for the last bender by the reds in front of me in the 2nd heat where I managed to grab an extra 3 places.

 

Good stuff, I am looking forward to the semi's next week

I really love this mod and it felt great to be back after a few weeks non attendance - I hope to be there most weeks now.

 

Likewise I love Sheffield and it gives some great close racing where people sit behind for a few laps before they can get you - feels great racing so close.

 

I made a couple of mistakes where I put a wheel on the inner kerb coming off the 4th bend and was taken by surprise how easily it whipped me into a tyre.

 

I enjoyed the Final where I was a lap down and caught Lew up who was in the lead and I sat behind him and made sure I didn't mess him up, likewise playing it fair when somebody else caught up. I don't think I can remember racing so close behind someone for so long as I did with Lew and it didn't seem to put him off lol.

 

I was into the swing of things by the Grand National and it was good to be in the points at last. I felt competitive all night to be honest so don't feel too bothered I only scored 4 - I actually thought I was 6th not 7th, is there any folder I can check the last result like in Heat?

 

Like Pusher, I can't wait for next week's Semi Final, or to try Stanlake track, hope it's a good'un.

awesome meeting on the shale at sheff. love the track in the 1s aswell and got a going pretty good. no blown pintos unlike dave who blew 3 i think.

 

wd to speed for the final who i couldnt catch up in time at the end. another great battle with drumb and the reds in the heats again.

a superb battle with tomd in what id call a classic stockcar move on him, im sure he appreciated it. drumb had full view of it aswell lol.

 

 

 

chuffed with another big points haul.
