Dino Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 (edited) If there is a tiny hole in the front panel of the drive push a strong pin or needle in there and push (it will take a fair bit of effort),that will start it opening enough to get hold of and pull,there may be something jammed in it stopping it opening. If it is a pc a replacement wont be much more than a tenner. Edited September 3, 2009 by Dino
