At the ORCi Appeal Hearing yesterday (June 22nd), the ORCi found that the original verdict (by the NHRPA) would not be overturned, and by implication the twelve month sentence would also remain as Smith had not appealed against this aspect of the verdict. The committee also agreed to impose costs of £150 (against Smith)

I'm not a fan and i don't know if he cheated or not but i do think,

 

A. His ban was too severe

B. He should have been allowed to race under appeal

C. The world final would have been a better race with him in rather than out.

 

Shame common sense was not applied as usual

That really puts him out of the worlds for 2 years now. Cause the ban will carry over to the begingin off next year which would means he wouldn't be able to qualify for the wrolds in 2007 either
