Cabs Posted June 23, 2005 Report Share Posted June 23, 2005 At the ORCi Appeal Hearing yesterday (June 22nd), the ORCi found that the original verdict (by the NHRPA) would not be overturned, and by implication the twelve month sentence would also remain as Smith had not appealed against this aspect of the verdict. He should have been allowed to race under appeal C. The world final would have been a better race with him in rather than out. Cause the ban will carry over to the begingin off next year which would means he wouldn't be able to qualify for the wrolds in 2007 either Is it time Neal hangs up his helmet and goes else where?
