Well done to all the winners :appl:

Not that it matters to me really but I'm missing from the results of heat 3, worked bloody hard for that 4th place. :D

Hope I didn't interfere with anyones race, tried to stay out of the way!!!

Was chuffed to survive the races only 1 lap adrift, but was hoping to hold onto 10th in the GN, but with two to go, my wife came into the room and spoke and frit the life out of me, and I subsequently spun!! Don't think I would have held Tosh off for 10th anyway, but happy to have been near to scoring a point (unless only top 8 score of course!!)

Last in the National Points at this stage is an achievement, but as they say, "The only way is up!!!"

Well Done to Fast Track #527, blue next week or is that just F2's???

Congrats to all winners, enjoyed the meeting, well run Mike.

Should see you all next week at Birmingham - Hope not to be lapped there!

Real nice JK, good final wasn't it. ;)

First number noted on dashboard already

Was a good meeting imo, some good fair racing. Expected a bit more chaos on this track.

First of all, thanks very much to Mike for running the meeting, and to Kevin for stewarding the races.

I was in practice on Wednesday, and the booking list had only 12 names on it. I feared the worst. Having to stay at school, I had a quick look on the internet about tea time, and saw there were 25 booked in and I thought superb. To then get home and find that there were 30 cars there was fantastic. Thanks very much to everyone that raced last night.

I felt the racing was very good last night. Drivers in the main respected each other, and the racing was fair and clean. Lets hope it sets the scene for a fantastic season.

Personally, I had a avaerage start to the year. First heat was poor, had no practice, but the second heat I got some breaks and had a good third, following Robin home. Come the final, I once again got a good break, after some indifferent driving from JK as alluded to above, but did not have a pace to turn a top 10 into a top 5. Once again followed Robin home for 7th. Grand National came, and I started like a bull in a china shop, but unfortunately, the good luck I had earlier was to come and bite me on the behind, as Lee tapped me just enough to clip the back edge of a car and send me out of control. Cars continued to push and round went. So some ups and down, but not the worlds worst start anyway!!

Cheers

Johno

P.S Good to see people leaving thoughts about the meeting too - keep them coming!
