Pusher_2 Posted May 10, 2010 Report Share Posted May 10, 2010 Was pleased with 2nd heat when i got help with set up, a great win for me with Robin swapping places on the last bend. the final i got mixed up with Frenchy (sorry) and we slowed each other down and I resulted in a puncture early on. The Gn was manic and led for along time but back markers were hammering each other so just happy to survive then Tosh and Lee caught me, Davey did a good job of following me and blocking others for me when he was a lap down thanks Davey if you meant it or not it helped. davey boy Posted May 11, 2010 Report Share Posted May 11, 2010 Must say I struggled in the meeting itself, was doing fine in praccy but couldnt get anywhere near the times i was lapping i did in praccy in the meeting. It must be the nature of the track I think as It was the same as the first meeting there at the start of the season where as other tarmac meetings ive been fine. Had some good battles, few with nezza again and some with Fordy, but disapointed with the points as only finished once in the top 10. Im undecided wether to do the next meeting with it being tarmac again, we shall see though. lol Pusher I did want to be a blocker for you but nothing I could do once Tosh and Lee came through. Nezza46 Posted May 11, 2010 Report Share Posted May 11, 2010 really enjoyed the racing last night. ht1 and the gn went great for me, but the final and heat 2 I took damage quite early in both races which was disappointing. quite happy with the points I achieved though, seeing as it was tarmac.....I definately prefer the shale and I find the car doesnt damage as quickly in the shale meetings. wd to all race winners and especially wd to Woody for the final win and last bending me for 5th in the gn from a lap handicap Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
