demonstone Posted June 6, 2011 Report Posted June 6, 2011 usually pc world type crap (oem) come with backup partition so you can reset back to factory defaults motherboard is a gigabyte board http://www.gigabyte.com/webpage/19/download-center.html
Simon31 Posted June 6, 2011 Author Report Posted June 6, 2011 Thanks Demon if i use this is there anyway i can save the drivers to stick on a disc as i wont be able to use the net once ive formatted the pc
demonstone Posted June 6, 2011 Report Posted June 6, 2011 did the computer come with windows xp/vista/win7 disk?. if it didn't you wont need anything as it will have a restore partition. keep pressing f11 or ctrl + f11 when you turn comp on, it should boot up an image restore utililty. wich will wipe the crap and reset to how you received from pc world. unless youve formated previously. the gigabyte tool will save them to hard disk just have to check c or programes alternative get uniblue driver scanner or driver magician, both these will let you back up system drivers
demonstone Posted June 6, 2011 Report Posted June 6, 2011 oh yeah forgot pb will have all the necasary if all else fails http://www.packardbell.co.uk/pb/en/GB/content/download
