For myself had a good night considering the crap start i had! was glad to have 2nd in the final as dont think ill be any good at red yet! Bit of a moan from me at a drivers comments at the end of the meeting, calling me a cheat? saying i jumped 2 starts in a row? even tho i didnt start pole in the final and in the GN me and the outside driver just got away at the same time but i avoided the hits on the first bend and pulled away! maybe if you drove with your head and not your bumper you 2 could get some places instead of labbleing other drivers a cheat as they have beaten you! and you say maybe i wanna win the NOY a bit 2 bad? yes i would like to win it, but if i dont i dont, its not the main thing in my life! the real car is and getting back to as fit as i used to be! me and SamWhit get on fine and have good races and i even send him my setups if he asks! maybe think about your driving style instead of sticking the label on people! cya next week Simon "The Cheat" Bassett
Budge313 Posted October 10, 2011 Report Posted October 10, 2011 Didn't expect that (shocked to say the least) Ht1 spiro missed and did i just win that lol Ht2 tried to run the kerbs and take drum with me, but you got me wd m8 Ht3 seemed to get away and no one really threatened me Final. tosh re-join, clipped me and put me right off lol Gn. what a race, toshs interferants helped imo to make the race as good as it was... The racing had its good moments and some others which will be reviewed. Personally i think i was in the wrong place at the wrong times too often last night. Sorry to the guys that got caught in the Final pile up after someone pulled out infront of me and took me out - tried hitting the quit button but not in time. Hopefully better luck at Cowdie next week.

I have noticed how hard you have been trying lately, using the bumper sometimes when you just need to be patient, and I had a laugh to myself when I saw you pole for the GN after having a very good run in the final. I knew you wanted the points for the NOY, exactly the same as me in the W&Y's for F1's, so I can associate with you. It had nothing to do with "Beating me" as I knew from the practice that I wasn't going to fair well, so I settled for what I could get, in fact I moved over for you in the final as there was no point in holding you up, nor any point in bumpering you back, slowing us both up! I'm sorry that you took it the wrong way, it wasn't meant to come across as an accusation. As for my eveing, it went alot better than I thought it would, so 18 Points is a massive plus on the evening Nice to see Budge back racing.
