LeeK39 Posted December 3, 2011 Report Share Posted December 3, 2011 Try selecting the panels with the wand tool ( I then make a new layer, with the selection still active), then go to Select>Modify> Contract and contract the selection by about 12px ( I do 12 as I paint on double the normal size template) then I do smooth by 10px then smooth by 10px again (works better than doing 20 in 1 go) then fill that area in white (flood fill tool), contract the selection by 1 px (or whatever you want as this is the width of your outline), then delete the selected area which should leave you with a 1px outline around all your panels.
