wrighty496 Posted January 26, 2012 Report Posted January 26, 2012 i now have rfactor and the f1 mod on it (just need to download tracks) but i cant remeber how change the camera angle and to zoom in and out to suit your own view of the track? hi Stu, If you're using chase cam (the old Heat-type camera view) use keys 1-9 on the number pad on your keyboard to rotate around the car, zoom in and out, lift or drop etc (press 5 to re-centre). Different camera views are selected with insert, end, page up, page down and home keys - once you're on a favourite you can set the game to default to that one in settings>visual (i think it is, visual or video or summat to do wi't picture).
chevy11 Posted January 27, 2012 Author Report Posted January 27, 2012 does everyone use a wheel ? as i have a different table now which my computer sits on and tried to clip the wheel to it but its to big for the wheel,so it looks like i may have to use a control pad instead, does anyone else use one?
Matty300 Posted January 28, 2012 Report Posted January 28, 2012 a G25 wheel would be your best bet Stu with the real feel plug in for the most authentic experience.Always a few wheels about on eBay, the Microsoft sidewinder is a decent wheel also.
chevy11 Posted January 28, 2012 Author Report Posted January 28, 2012 i have a microsoft sidewinder but it wont clamp onto the table i have coz the table is to thick .
Matty300 Posted January 28, 2012 Report Posted January 28, 2012 Always a few wheels about on eBay Maybe have a look for a planer on eBay then Stu
