Hello and welcome to the second annual UKDirt open

The format for tonight will be as follows.

Each driver will get three heats, the points from these heats will form two semi-final grids with the highest scorer on pole for semi final one second highest pole for semi final two and so on.

The results of the semi finals will decide the 24 car grid for the final, with the winner of semi final one on pole and the winner of semi final two on the outside of the front row and so on. We will run a B final for the remaining drivers so each driver is guaranteed 5 races during the meeting.

The full UKDirt and UKDirt F2 rules can be found on the website and we expect all drivers to know them. In addition to the rules listed on the website the following rules will be enforced tonight, we have a lot of races to run and will have a zero tolerance policy adopted for the evening so you have been warned.

1.) Obey instructions

If you are asked to do something during a meeting by either the Race Manager, Meeting steward, or any other admin member please do so. If you do not agree with decisions made there is a complaints process that you can pursue after the meeting but during the meeting is not the time to do so. Anyone who is judged to be disrupting a meeting will be loaded up for the remaining races and may face a longer ban if the admin team deem this necessary.

2.) Arguing with other drivers

If a driver has done something during a meeting that you do not agree with there is a full complaints process that you can pursue after a meeting. However arguing in the server is not the way to start this and will not be tolerated. If you are adjudged to be disrupting the meeting you will be given one warning before being loaded up for the remaining races and may face a longer ban if the admin team deem this necessary.

3.) Rejoining the track.

If you have spun for any reason during a race you must use caution when rejoining the racing line by doing the following.

A.) Make sure you have buttons mapped to look left and right so you can see oncoming traffic.

B.) Make sure you have your mirrors turned on in game so you can see behind you if you end up nosed up to the fence.

C.) Keep your foot on the brake when you are stationary so the car does not roll forwards or backwards in to oncoming traffic.

D.) Do not move until you are sure there is enough of a gap in the oncoming traffic for you to rejoin without making contact

4.) Damage.

If you car has damage you may continue racing until one of the following occurs.

A.) You lose 1 or more wheels

B.) You have 1 or more punctures that cause your car to behave erratically, or to be out of control.

If either of these situations occur you are to park your car around the circuit away from the racing line, where it will not cause an obstruction.

5.) Lining up to race.

During a meeting you are expected to start at least one race at the front of your grade, one in the middle and one at the back. Any driver found to be lining up at the front of their grade in each race will be put to the back of the grid.

6.) Stationary cars

If a car is stationary on the track then you are not to deviate course to make contact with it on purpose, if you do so there is a good chance you will bounce off and in to other cars disrupting there race.

For tonight's meeting you will be requires to use UKDirt chat, this can be found HERE If you have any issues installing the program please let one of the admin team know.

The race order is listed below, please check you are in three heats and that you are not in clashing races heats IE 1&2 3&4 ETC
