drumbstick Posted July 7, 2012 Report Share Posted July 7, 2012 This Monday we visit Buxton for round 13 of the World Championship qualifying series. While Tom and Dan seem to have pole position for the semi-finals secured, the battle behind them is fierce with as little as 14 points covering 11 drivers in the mid field meaning every point is going to be crucial for securing a good grid position in the semi finals. Grasser 233 currently holds the 48th and last semi final position, but with only 6 points it is almost certain he will loose that on Monday night. Especially with a number of drivers who have yet to compete in a World Qualifying round already booked in a hoping to force their way in. Monday also sees round 4 of this seasons white and yellow championship. Mav 641 currently heads the championship, with Azata leading the chasing pack. Spike currently sits third but is not eligible to race as he has made the jump to blue so there is a good chance for another driver to emerge from the chasing pack and secure a good starting place for the final at the end of the season. If that is not enough to get you booked in then add, that this is the only opportunity drivers will have to get race practice at Buxton before the semi finals and it should be a cracker of a meeting so get booked in NOW.
