Not a good meeting for me - but not unexpected given the track - and not helped by some last benders where the only intention appeared to be taking the car in front out. Still, I suppose that's something you get used to.

Great meeting, well run and WD to Leek on your final win and points score. Very happy with my points as I expected to get 0.

Good heat races but Sije and Leek was both too fast to catch. Leek especially fast in the final. Made good progress in the GN but hit a fence post and somehow managed to continue..

Thanks to Dan for running the meeting and congratulations to all the winners.

 

I have really enjoyed F1's this year, even last week when I scored 0 points, but this week I really didnt enjoy myself. I find it so frustrating that people want to race for 12th place. Heat 2, the reds were knocking ten shades of you know what out of each other and I bet the whites and yellows were about to lap us. We got no where near them. I am afraid in the final, I then got wound up and di exactly what I am complaining about beforehand, so sorry to anyone who I was involved with.

 

Not my favourite track next week, but it is a qualifier so hopefully score a few more points.

thanks to leighton who came in server and gave me is setup to try and i just changed the wedge from 288 to 432 and I thought I did very well which makes a change for me cause I have been struggling In f1s and kept saying I feel like packing in f1s cause I've been rubbish but I've just got on with it and all I can do is try my best.

thanks for the meeting 2nite well chuffed with my points, its my 2nd highest points I've got cause hednesford last year I got 31 points and managed to win gn which then went to yellow the next meeting. done really well 2nite kept messing up on the bend near the end of the race. good 3rd in my first heat. second heat while in 2nd I got a tap on the back of my tyre by stoxjack and lost control a bit which he was keeping well inside and i tucked in on him, nothing he could do which he wasnt carry any extra speed and i managed 8th. third heat I was battling with weeryan then on lap 3 ish he hit post on the straight and went into him and it messed my race up. got a good 9th in final and craig122 hit me on last bend while I was 9th and he was 10th clipped the fence on the back end of my my car and managed to recover and stayed 9th. grand national I was leading till bout 2 laps to go and lost control on the bend a bit and I had to let matty300 go and I just followed him to the end to get a good 2nd.

Thanks for the meeting Dan/Stumpy and well done Lee on the final win.

 

I really enjoyed the meeting last night because for the first time in a few weeks I got lucky enough to break out rubbish at the back and experience some proper racing (cheers Marten, Dan and Dode ). Good hard racing through the pack, taking opportunist, tactical shots at each other rather than steaming in every bend. The final was a great race - the guys in front were 4-wide at one point! Epic stuff.

 

Great to see some new names going well last night too.

I really enjoyed last nights racing. Didn't score a lot of points, but heat 2, 3 and the gn were absolute crackers with nice results for me. In the final I got suspension damage so it was race over for me but that's racing.
