GN looked like being a good race for me at one point but an overtake at the wrong time put me in the tyres and that was race over. Don't think I will be on pace on tarmac but will give it a go. Had some bad luck, just in the wring place at the wrong time so only manged to finish 2 races but they was good fun. Thanks for the meeting. Good racing by all on a hard track for in my eyes. Well done to Tsjalle on the final an dan on top scoring. Mav Posted May 6, 2015 Report Share Posted May 6, 2015 I am really disappointed to have been the cause of Twisty's incident in the GN - Apologies Twisty, no comfort after the event I know, but I am truly sorry. I was taken out of two races by the same driver, although one wasn't his fault. I would say its the nature of the track but it wasn't it was another drivers stupidity but alas! The meeting went better than expected. I haven't ever raced Sheffield in an F2 before and I know why now - lol Thought I may have held on to a top ten in the meeting final but I just wasn't consistent enough to keep ahead of the charging guys.
