does my profile name on rfactor have to match my name on here?also does my race number have to be in my username?

The name you use to log into Ukdirt will be what you would use. I use DanW-17 in r factor as my login name is Dan W so it is not you're forum name but you're ukdirt login name. As that would be the name that shows when you book into race.
