Heat help

I have tried to download heat for the first time in many years as I thought i'd have a play but when i go to launch the game it crashes and i get the message come up - your video card returned an error - Are your video drivers up to date ? - and the answer to this question is yes they are lol any ideas? Thanks in advance

Replace the file patch.bin, (located in C:/Program Files (x86)/Hasbro Interactive/NASCAR Heat) with the one in this zip folder:
