Meeting of the year

Kane – Nutts Corner 08/06 – won a controversial Irish race but some great racing throughout the night. The first 3 rows of that F2 Nationals grid was some of the best drivers the leagues ever seen

Clayton – Mildenhall Shootout Round 1 28/09
Trez – Skegness World Final – get to see the best of the best
CB – Crimond F2 Challenge

Harry – Belle Vue 16th March because I got 42 points
Aidan – Mildenhall 27th April – loads of cars with good racing
Ellis – Has to be the Northampton Shaleway Shootout Round which  put me in a great spot to challenge for the Shootout points

Tomdavison – Taunton GN Championship

Cameron – Cowdenbeath Shootout Round 2 was a great round for me
Tom Newton – Skegness World Final
SKint – Ipswich Shale
Eavesy – Skegness World Final – managed to get through the Consi Semi and get in the World

Tosh – European meeting, close to getting the roof I had many years a go
Shay – Birmingham first meeting of the year

Most memorable moments

Tsjalle – Winning the World Final
Tosh – Making the World Final grid
Shay – Irish meeting for the wrong reasons

Ellis – Winning my first championship being the European
Tomdavison – Bottling the Final at Taunton on the last lap
Wardy – Bottling it at the start of the Semi Final…

SKint – Making red grade and finishing a few championships
Eavesy – Being in the World Final
Stijneman – UK Open meeting, finishing 2nd in the Semi after a brutal race with Hoggy or winning the Final at Sheffield

Kane – I guess winning the Semi Final out of nowhere, other than that there’s not been much to remember for me. A few good races like the World Final, English and World of Shale come to mind, also finally seeing Tsjalle get that Gold roof
Winter – Qualifying for the European
Clayton – Going up a grade for the first time
Trez – Arena Essex 1st meeting at red and going from white
CB – Putting about 5 cars in the fence in one hit in the Semi Final

Harry – World of Shale win at Kings Lynn

Aims for 2021

Kane – Same answer as every year, win that British and get it ticked off, whether that’s F2’s or another mod, I want it!
Winter – Qualify for the World Final
Clayton – Top ten in a championship
Trez – Have a solid meeting/meetings, fed up of getting spun all the time
CB – Win something
Harry – Win a another championship
Aidan – Be a fast and consistent points scorer off blue and then hopefully get to red at some point and stay there
Ellis – Same again with trying to win a championships and to maybe to try challenge for the points
Tomdavison – Shootout
Wardy – Keep the shale form up and get a Final win, year and a half without one is due
Cameron – Try and hold Superstar and see if I can get any luck
Tom Newton – Get faster and try to move up the grades but don’t think it will happen
SKint – Equalize my points from 2020 if not better
Eavesy – Get faster, more consistent
Stijneman – Get a top 5 in a major and win 2 Finals or more
CharlieS – Reach Blue top
Tsjalle – Going on like this year
Tosh – Mix it with the younger boys who practice all day lol
Shay – Aim is not to race

How was 2020 for you?

Eavesy – Very good, I’m better on shale than tarmac and need to change that to balance out
Stijneman – Had a bad start of the season, struggled a lot with race pace but at the end it got better
CharlieS – Not the best
Tsjalle – Pretty good
Tosh – 2020 has been an ok year racing wise. I’m not a huge fan of the F2 physics, especially on tarmac. I don’t like the way the car reacts so I won’t be doing as many meetings probably in 2021
Shay – Average

Harry – Average, just can’t quite keep up in F2’s
Aidan – Very good for my first season on rFactor, wasn’t expecting to win a Final and get to blue grade
Ellis – Was a really good season for me my best yet winning a championship and being fairly up there in the points
Tomdavison – Awful
Wardy – Very poor, for me, the racing was great, having 200+ drivers race over the course of the season is great for UKDirt and hope it continues
Cameron – Not the season I was hoping for, running out of luck at times but managing to stay in the top 4 in the Shootout is great for my first full year
Tom Newton – Fun
SKint – Challenging and a new experience being an admin for the full year along with getting to run a few meetings

Kane – Although I’m 2nd in the points, it’s not been great for me. Losing the Gold and European and not backing it up with anything other than the Irish, I wanted a bit better than that
Winter – A good learning year and nice to pick up a few wins as well
Clayton – Ok
Trez – Good start but downhill from there
CB – Got off to a late start and took a while to get back up to speed then made few too many enemies

Person to beat 2021

889 Ellis - 7

1 Tsjalle - 6

143 Cameron - 2

Winter – 889 Ellis – Very quick on both surfaces and is able to win majors

Trez – 889 Ellis – Probably going to get quicker
CB – 889 Ellis

Harry – 1 Tsjalle – has to be again I think, very consistent

Kane – 1 Tsjalle – Everyone wants what he currently has, so you gotta beat him in 2021!

Tom Newton – 1 Tsjalle

Clayton – 606 Stannie
