problem conecting to server

Online won't work, 

 

i go into the mulitplayer section, click find, enter in

195.149.21.220 :0 as the ip, then click ok,

A window comes up saying

 

"Finding 195.149.21.220 (0)

 

      Waiting for Reply"

 

then it comes back after a while and says

 

    "Host did not Respond"

 

Im running Nortan 2005.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated as this is 1 of many problems iv had so far lol

if your running the nortan firewall m8 whilst trying to play, turn it off. firewalls usually cause the problem there

id hazard a guess and say your typing in the wrong address it is 195.149.21.220  or 195.149.21.211 without the extra 0 you seem to have on your's

Your right! i was entering in the IP wrong, now i can conect! there was noone online in bangers though, but at least i conected first time, thanks for your help, big

no problem the more we have online the more fun it is for everyone,and it also makes a refreshing change to have someone ask a question that hasn't been asked about for a long time as everybody seem's obsessed with skin painting these day's

i had same problem and now without the 'o' on the end it connects. if anyone fancys some banger practice id like to make sure my game works ok online. meet up in chat no.2 first if you want

Im having the same problem, it's not responding. Im sure it's to do with my Firewall but when i done as Prydie said last night to turn it off, it still wouldn't connect and was saying it was still switched on when i went into my "Security Centre" in the Windows Control Panel.

 

Any help appreciated cause I can't race online because of it
