Emoticons/Smilies

For some reason I do NOT see any of the Smilies move or jump up and down.

 

Does anyone know why?

 

I have downloaded the latest Java and macromedia stuff but nothing has changed.

I dont think it is that pedz because whe I look at the forum on my new laptop it looks ok so I think its a problem with my PC.

lapto here aswell and ive never had that problem and not being a pc guy havent a clue

Sorted

 

Scoured a few forums and was Ill advised to put my original Windows XP disc in and try to repair. I thought I was doing this but what I was actually doing was installing XP again fully. Well this has totally messed everything up 

Everything is still on my pc somewhere but finding it and getting it to work is another thing.

Ah well, at least I can see my smilies jumping
