Put it in your plugins folder (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 7.0\Plug-Ins) then load up photoshop, click on "filter" on the top tool bar then you should see the name of the plugin, click it and then use it. Iv red it up on the internet, looks good, il look into it where did you get your copy from and how much if at all did you pay for it?
