Hi lads,

 

I'm off to my 1st skeggy meeting this Friday to watch the F1's and F2's.

Any tips on the best places to stand for the best view so that the mrs wont be bored (she's only going for the seaside day out b4 the meeting starts!!!) - and she can keep up with who's leading ?

 

Any thing else i shoul dknow ie parking issues? burger vans to avoid? etc etc

Personally i stand on the far turn which is turn 3 & 4. I sit right up against the fence, because the track and where you can sit is very close it is thrilling to see them come flying down the straight towards you. I have camping chairs that we sit on otherwise you will have to sit a little further back on big tyres. I hope it doesn't rain, as there is very little shelter and where there is shelter it is bad for seeing. It is free parking.

best view is on seaside turn on the bank mate just in front of where the cars park. beer is good but burger van is often on the cold side.
