Yer if you read your contract you will find that they all say UP TO the amount advertised. Only very rarely will you actually get that speed. I do believe you have the right to complain when its bitterly slow though.

No lee, its about time some retards realised that when someone makes something, its THIER right to say whether everyone else can have it or not. Obviously some twat gets sent it and then someone else bum licks em for it for ever and ever and eventually the person gives in and sends it and then that person just sends it out to everyone. Zone Alarm is a good firewall, i use it and have never had any problems. Anything that tries to acces the internet you get a popup and you can choose wether to allow or disallow it and also with requests coming in from the net!
