You dont do it with transparency mate, you have to make an 'overlay' layer on your bodywork (after merging it all together and putting the saturation to 0) and then merge your signs down onto you paint layer

If i were you i would take the euro cheq's off the roof on the side view of the template as you have a gap on the roof view so will look strange in game, other than that it looks nice
