mini tutorial : -open picture in photoshop -create new layer -select line tool -draw picture -create new layer put in underneath ur layer with line , and make it white/grey/anything u want AND UR DONE

u have to start somewhere im not a hardcore skin producer, but those spots shouldnt have such a hard edge and lower opacity would be better too i think
