Thanks for the meeting. What a great meeting. Was hoping tot get a good starting position for the final. I scored very consistent in my heats, so I could start on front inside of the blues. All I needed was a good start and that's what I got. Then Kane got me, I got him back half race. After that he followed me very close behind me and did a last bender, but I knew he would do it so I took the last bend wide. I went on the win my first ever Championship - very, very happy with that! ! Thanks to everyone who moved over for me in the final. see you at scunthorpe chevy

just back from world final Well done Dan for winning the world final you deserve it Wow what a meeting The world final was to be my first ever race for me at this track, as I could not race the uk open meeting. I was very confident though. My start was decent, but got pushed wide and was pushed in the fence, resulting in me in having destroyed my inside rear tyre. so it was race over for me and had to settle for about 20th?? After the race I didnt expect much from the meeting- How wrong I was!! Ok, first heat was crap. 2nd heat I was much better and got 5th. 3rd, heat. Wow. Almost won my first ever race from red (apart from a few b-finals), and I was away. But in the last lap Matty spun in front of me, so I got third I was quite pissed , lol Then the final. Another amazing race, Car was good, I was on the pace and also had a bit luck. Drove together with fasttrack away from the pack, but my inside rear tyre again was broken so I let fasttrack past. In the end I had a very good battle with Bigal, with me getting 3rd - very happy. Gn, another nice race. 3rd again. So 3 3rds in a row and a lot of points. See you thursday. chevy

I think this was a very good meeting, the racing was great. Maybe results not so good, but at least I thoroughly enjoyed the racing Thanks mike for running meeting. (Dan I'm not in the final result)

I think there should definetely be more damage, and i do think this will bring the amount of reckless hits down. But I'd like to see one thing more changed, I think the cars haven't got power enough. When you're on homestraight you can just floor it and the wheels don't spin. Would't it be amzing hat the cars have so much power (just like real life), and you have to use the throttle very gently? (especially on shale! ) that's my opinion...!

Wd dave on the final win and Danskin for points scoring Well, my first f2 meeting! Pre meeting I was horribly slow, not even getting under 13.050 and I've never driven f2s before, and also never driven on this track. haha Was optimistic about it though, because i started from white, and then 3 second before my heat started they said: 'Chevy, you know you're blue!?' I didn't now it. So my expectations went down . lol First heat I was not quik and finsihed in 10th. 2nd heat was better and got 8th. Did not qualify for the final, so was in consolation, and I was going well! and about to qualify for final but then the reds caught me up. So b-final for me. Was going better and better as the night went on and finsihed 5th. In the gn I felt like I was on the same pace as others and raced towards a nice 4th place finish. Did I enjoyed it? Tbh I like f1s more, but you will see me back for some more. Thanks DanSkin for helping me pre meeting ;P
