got it sorted now installed lastest driver and worked cheers boys who helped on here and msn

cant seem to find out what graphics card he has at moment - tried a few diffent programs and looked under computer settings etc and it doesnt seem to list it for some reason comes up with n/a or ??? even tho it is top of range vista laptop? any ideas how i can find out which card he has?

i just installed nascar heat essentials, patch 1.72 and ssc on my mates laptop and now when try and start game it comes out with a message saying 3d graphics not supported laptop is top of range vista laptop and other games have been played on laptop too tried installing latest version of direct x and still no luck any ideas? cheers dan

you looked in the settings before you do a race? sounds like you have yellow flags turned on to me try turning them off and should be fine

completed it in bout hour and 10 mins or so and made hand go numb lol that game could put the happiest person in a bad mood

go into the folders of the mods that do not work and check the size of the ui.res i had this poblem before they ways 0kb get someone to send you them on msn
