Tried doing a system restore to a before it happened

My old puta had a nividia card and had mega problems got another one dont know brand i just asked for a good one and works fine.

most of the times when songs are highlighted that orange colour is because you have deleted the music file where it is stored on your computer or you dont have the right codec to play the file.

Never fear easy to get rid of using hijack this or just go in to ur proccesors and close it. it will be the abnormal one.

If you have the tex file just use mod launcher 2 to install them so you can see them when you are playing offline also choose them aswell.

I ad this problem aswell something would start up while racing. so now i have 18 proccesors going while i race and seems to be ok

Why make it a .TEX file when al you need is CAR(number here).TGA and then open up Mod Launcher 2. And select mod you want to install skin too. and go Utilities, installers then the bottom one then it will go browse and you click the drop down arrow for file type and choose .TGA and find your file

A ping of 149 is SHOCKING When you connect to a server make sure you connect at 56k or 33.6k whatever one you UK guys use but on NZ servers we connect at 56k. Disconnect cable TV. Have cat 6 ethernet cable or more. Under proccesors i only have 18 running. Even though you close your virus scanner with enditall it normally has about 4 proccesors still running shut all them and yea.
