607 and 407 got new cars? I thought biff had his car up for sale, and was selling up, after he got his ban, but are they brand new cars? Heard about Soaper building a new car, didn't know if it was true or not though. Is there any new drivers, and is anyone retiring, or coming back from retirement? Thanks, David

I suggest you stick with a pad, but its personal choice really. Regarding adaptors, i know you can get PS2 adaptors, but i'm not sure about xbox and dreamcast though, as i don't own any. have you had a look at www.play.com or looked up www.google.co.uk and put in adaptors for dreamcast/x-box? You can pick up a decent pad for abput £10-£15 that will last you a will, but you'll need to ajust. Look for one with '8' buttons if you want a pad, so its a different button for everything, instead of just '4' buttons, and having to use the keyboard for others. Happy hunting, David

It is more than likely a virus, but i wouldn't know... I take it you have a firewall? And if you do, do you run it on a regular basis? I suggest you run the 'name' through a search engine, such as google, or yahoo or what ever serch engine you use and se what that comes up with, and what it has to say? Thanks, David

Are they? What's the difference? I never noticed a difference between my £3.00 pad and my PS2 pad, when i changed over to be honest. There is always the 'options' area, where yu can change several settings, on how to turn (pad..or sharp) and how slow or hard you want to brake/accelerate... Thanks, David

What do you prefer, or used in the past, Neil? Wheels tend to 'slow' you done (exception to Scrpaman!) and you don't do as conistant laps. Do you own a Playstation two, by any chance? If you do, i recomend you get down to 'Game' and get yourself a 'USB adaptor' that will let you use your Playstion controller on your PC. It costs about £9.99 and well worth the money. Thanks, David

Do you need to switch your firewall off everytime you race, Nightowl? Everytime you switch on, and switch off your PC, it is always best to run your Norton Anti Virus, for any possible virus's... Have you got the latest uptodate Norton? I've been told that it's better to get some other 'security' programme, instead of Norton, but i've forgotten what it was. I race with my firewall on, running in the background (right or wrong..) as i'd rather protect my PC, than risk the risk of warping for a few seconds, where you can easily leave hte server... Sorry i can't be much help, David

Hi, What's the gossip? Has anyone bought a new car, sold it on....retired after last? Just wondering what's all the goings on, if you can keep on top of what's going on behind the scenes and what's happening? I've not heard very much, apart from Gordon Alexander (71) sold his saloon to Neil Williamson (689). Young McGill (263?) has got himself an F2 to race around 'The Racewall', which i beleive looks really nice. Mark Untershutz is said to be going back to the bangers (Let's not mention which team he's with) after a 'missed' season in Saloons. That's all i can really tell (which i think you know anyway...)
