Both meetings were really good on Monday, lots of hard close fair racing and from 99% of the drivers you knew if they hit you to hard it was a genuine mistake. Shame the numbers trailed off by the end of the GN at Buxton but made up for with good driving.

Some good racing last night including my closes ever finish with Mike of .009 in heat 2. However I had one of those nights where I scored 34 points but should have been more, I think in 3 out of the 4 races I hit Trav after he hit a marker tyre it was like a bloody homing missile See you all next week for the first RF double header.

Man I am so glad I didn't know you guys were watching was nervous enough as it was. Bit of a balls up with the scoring, but it has to have been a driver not following instructions somewhere. That was bloody instense, two laps down at one point but got the luck Aub didn't and got my laps back. Got RSI in my left rist now but to finish 3rd was better than I ever though I would do.

Wd Walker, was only saying to someone the other day I don't think anyone will do the maximum in RF for a long time but you came close to proving me wrong.

Th F2 server has been quite bad as well. Tosh you can always ask for the replay from the server, I am sure Kev or Johno can get it for you.

Its for a 1 off event, and the entries are now closed. It will be broadcast live on PSRTV on the 17th of May.

Not saying this is the only problem Nezza but some of it is the cars you are around as well and both your experience and theres. A couple of times last night I got spun by lower grade drivers who just don't have the experience in the mod yet to make clean hits. On the other hand when myself and you were together on an open track in the GN I managed to hit you a couple of time without you even getting out of shape. Its also worth noting the rear springs on the default setup are very high, inface you can knock 100lbs of at most places

The way a number of real F2 drivers explained the F2s to us was to almost back the car in to the turn(ie sliding) and then the rear would have loads of grip and you power out which imho is how they drive(if anything the mid to exit grip is not high enough but entry is ok). The time I have seen problems is when people try to hit either not square or from to far back(there was a lot of this last night). When you can trust a driver not to lunge from way back or try and take you out you can have some cracking contact racing as Aub, Tom, Myself and to some extend Lee proved last night. Its also worth noting the sever was not very stable last night, pings going up and down all over the place which will also cause funny contact.

Walker, maybe in future check your facts before posting, and maybe the other guys should as well. UKSOM are more than big enough to have more than 1 project on the go at once, and if we only ever worked on 1 thing at a time don't you think we would get a bit bored slaving over the same thing every night. Here is an idea you put the 1000s of hours we do in to a mod then have someone make comments like that to you and see what you feel like. And people wonder why we get upset and never tell people about things

Were quite happy with the physics, slight tweaks to engine and tyre heating needed but not a lot. I would be suprised if you see the full version any time soon though(Thats months and months, probably next year) before someone puts a post up in two months saying well its been months.
