Its weird because it only does it sometimes tho? i have been using it all morning and all of a sudden just reboots

The make is tesun and it is usb. When i plug it in its fine but as soon as i open the game up it just restarts the computer. The thing that gets me is i had one before exactly the same and it worked fine?

i recently brought a controller and everytime i go to use it it restarts my computer and ideas? Thanks
