I had the same target Harry My first time in however many seasons racing here, and I think I know why now. Best race I had was the final which i was leading by a few seconds, then hit someone rejoining and spinning in front of me... then the Grey top unnecessarily buried me and put me on my roof... I guess it wasnt meant to be Cheers admins, not coming back to this hell hole though

ANYWAY I had a rough night, felt I had a fast enough car to score way more than I did but this is stockcars and there are no givens Still I feel im settling back in nicely and this year, hoping to move up the grades higher than blue this time around. Cheers admin for the meeting, and we'll done Tosh, unstoppable tonight! From my point of view I enjoyed it, had technical difficulties in the W+Y with my brake pedal not working and throttle only giving me 75% but I still managed to scrape 4th in it. Rest of the night was more fun, tussling with the big boys once or twice and scoring well for my first time on shale in just under a year. Hope the rest of the season is as fun as tonight was for me good to be back!

I'm back here to play in the 1s again this season My issue is I work day shifts one week, and nights the next, and the fixture list depends on what surface I'm racing on... and last year unfortunately was tarmac I had a nightmare, scored about 20 points all season and just really wasnt enjoying myself, so I called it quits on the season and bought myself an old Nissan which has took up all my time cause it wont stop breaking down -.- But back on shale again this year, my favourite 2015 was my last time racing on shale and wow did I enjoy it. Hopefully it goes as well as last time and hopefully everybody is still a friendly bunch Looking forward to seeing you out there!

Well done Wardie! Shame I aint been about this season much looks like you've been flying, but FGS let someone else win something! And to comment on the drama up above, all the admins do a top top job on here, Stumpy especially putting in alot of time and effort into it. For someone to bad mouth any of them over an incident such as warp or lag is pretty wrong. The mans only got 1 set of eyes!

The used to only run F1s back in the 70s and 80s with no support formulas, then again there were alot more drivers back then . I reckon for the last one we'll see alot of overseas drivers come over and unlimited bookings, much like the world final.

Speaking to a certain red top driver last night they aint happy about a few things in BriSCA atm, but the Coventry situation is a big one for em, its considered the hub of stock cars by many of the drivers and is more than just an inconvenience when it gets flattened. It said in the programme last night that there is a tiny tiny chance that it will still be here in 2017 but its near impossible. The one they were on about near the A46 was declined permission but it seems they have put in for more than one site and we will be updated next month on the situation. For me ill be sad when it goes, the place holds alot of sentimental value to so many people. Went to my first cov meeting when I was 10 days old, my Dad won 2 finals in a row there, I've been to every World Final there since I was born and I find it the most spectator friendly track in the schedule... maybe the toilets stink and the hand dryer doesnt work, and as ding dong says about the lighting. But its not much different at any other track really. Ill just be sad to see it go, and I really really hope they find a replacement in the very near future, even if its just a temporary fix for 2017 before any real construction gets started.
