That plugin only works with max 3 mate, only way to do it is to export it as 3DS and import it into zmod or use the mktools that has a tab for 3ds to mod

Try a fresh install of it, somthing like that happined to me with dreamweaver and had to reinstall it

you extruded to many edges mate, ei round the door frames but other than that, looks good keep at it
