ok, i think i've found the problem, i've been using serif ps se, it saves tga's but not in right bit format (i think). now using adobe cs5 and have managed to knock a cpl together and have worked fine. so there you go. thanks for the help

i'm using an a60 estate the normal file chassis is a60e but in some packs it is a60est.

ok i have already done a skin myself and done conversion to .tex. i have managed to put 1 car on my game, so i tried to do another. i have used the same process but when i start game this time the drivers list is all nascar drivers, with mine at the bottom. and when game is played i have all nascar's cars, red ones. when i remove my tex and drivers text then it goes back to normal. it only happens to the skin pack that i try to update, none of the others are affected, and i have tried to install it to different skin pack with the same results. any ideas what to do now?

i would like it alot if someone could do me a skin, i have colours and so-on sorted, but dont know how to apply changes for upload, oh and i'm rubbish at the design bit too, if you could do a banger for each class this would be a great help. i do have cars in mind, will tell on reply. i can send file of my skin design on request.

another question how do i get all tracks to show on lobby

how come when it logs on to ip it shows between 30-60 ppl online:- 48.........1/24...................connect. then i put the password in and i'm the only one there, also when i go to car manager it says i havent got the tracks installed but have installed them on numerous occasions.

i have installed everything i need to race and can race with skin packs offline, like a normal game. when i pick multiplayer i get all the way through to the server lobby but only my name shows up, i have left it for a bit (went for a shave) to see if it was a slow connection but nothing happened. i want to race online pls help.
