When you save your file as a TGA make sure that the file is uncompressed in the options before clicking save other wise the MKTEX converter wont recognise it. I`ve had this problem in the past. Hope this helps

I`ve got blueyonder 1mb and its pretty much faultless cost £25 a month but its being upgraded it 4mb sometime soon and it very rare not to be able to get online.

Thanks for the help guys! I`m using a all-in-one firewall, anti-virus etc so I`ll try diasabling them one by one see if that helps. Simon

I do have a firewall running but I have tried it turned off and it`s still the same. Every now and again it does work but more often than not it wont.

When I connect onto jolt after a few seconds I get a `Connection Lost, Keepalive Timeout` message appear. Anyone come across this before? Know how to cure it? Simon
